Kateryna Nemanikhina is an internationally trained lawyer with over 10 years of experience in media, intellectual property, and civil law. She earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Ukraine and was called to the Ukrainian National Bar Association in 2020. She also holds a Mediation Certificate from Ukraine.

Before moving to Canada, Kateryna worked with media companies, content creators, and public organizations, assisting with legal matters such as copyright, licensing, and civil disputes.

In Canada, she completed a Public Law course at York University and continues her legal education and accreditation process. Since joining Schwarz Law Partners LLP, she has also begun working in Wills and Estates, helping clients with estate planning and administration.

Kateryna volunteers with the Community Association for Riders with Disabilities (CARD) in Toronto, supporting their therapeutic riding programs.

She speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and English, and brings a strong sense of care and professionalism to her work.
